What makes you stronger? if you don't know the answer, or you feel what does is out of reach, just close your eyes and walk down the beautiful flower path. Walk on the dirt. Breath in the smell of the nature and the flowers, trees and feel the wonderous peace you're breathing in. Feel it all around you encompassing you from all directions. Inhale the beauty of the nature and feel it healing you. Exhale any unwanted and negative feelings, thoughts, emotions. Feel your body getting lighter and stronger, and feel the love the nature is giving you. As you walk this majestic path, you can see a bench off yonder straight in front of you under this beautiful tree. As you're getting closer to this bench now listen to the birds singing soft sounds as the gentle wind touches your skin.
Become encompassing with all that is provided to you. This is your safe place, your relaxing place, your healing place. You are now closer the bench and you notice it has a back. You sit down and rest your back, you have now approach the bench under the beautiful tree. Now, think positive and with love. What is it you wish for? What is it you yearn for? In this place of positivity and love you can find it here. You can feel it, you can see it, you can touch it.
Now, breath in 3 times and hold for 3 seconds...now blow for 3 more seconds. With each breath you now feel all the love and positivity, you're healing now in all areas that you need healings. Inhale...…… exhale...…… now say, I am worthy. I am giving and receiving love. I am friendly. Breath in 3 times and hold for 3 seconds...now blow for 3 more seconds.
